FAQ

The Register button located nearby battery contact terminal, inside of inner body cover.

The shape and location of the buttons vary by the type of door lock product so please refer to the user manual of your model or the image below.

If you lose a key, re-register the remaining keys you are using in the door book, and the missing keys will be automatically deleted and only the newly registered keys will be available.

If you have lost all keys, delete all keys listed in the door book with the Delete All Key function.

※ key registration method

(1) Open the battery Cover of inner Body and press Register® button once

​(2) Continuous touch the receiver point in turn with the keys to register 

 

※  Deleting registered key

(1) Open the battery Cover of inner Body and press Register® button once.

(2) Press number 0(on outer body key pad) for 5sec.

​(Please refer to the User's Manual, as some models may different from the above.)

1. Please try again using a 9V emergency power source (rectangular battery). This can be caused by low battery power.


2. Locking device can be broken down. Please call the service center.

It is warning for replacing batteries.  If you hear this warning, please replace all batteries (1.5V AA Alkaline batteries) with new ones immediately.

1. Either door itself falls or the door compartment fails to function properly, causing the deadbolt is stuck in a shackle and not operate smoothly.

   First, check the operation of the square lock (deadbolt) while the door is open and if there is no problem, you must check the door itself. 

   ​Please contact to a professional door company to check the door itself.


2. If the square-locking device (deadbolt) is not operating smoothly while the door is open, please call the service center.

1. If the door lock sounds melody only without working, it may be due to low battery. Please replace new batteries. You has to use Alkaline batteries and do not use new one with existing low batteries or do not mix with other battery brand. This can cause a mechanical failure.


2. If there is lock working sound and after 3times open/close working and melody sounds but door is not opened, it may be due to either door itself falls or the door or compartment fails to function properly, causing the deadbolt is stuck in a shackle and not operate smoothly. In this case, try push/pull the door strongly or open the door with lifting it slightly. If door is open with this action, should check the door itself.


3. For cases other than No. 1 or 2, please contact our service center.

1. If there is melody sounds or red light on or key pad flashes in X after putting in password, it will be password error.  If you enter the wrong password three times in a row, a warning tone will be generated, the Key pad will flash, and the operation will be stopped for one minute.


2. It will be battery discharge, if there is melody only without working. Please open the door with 9V battery to connect with emergency power terminal which is on the outer body.


3. If the double locking security mode is set from inside, there will be quick beep sounds after enter the password from outside. The double locking should be unset from inside.


4. If the door does not open immediately after entering the password, and any number appears, dual security mode is set. Press the additional numbers sequentially to open the door.

There is a large deviation depending on the installed environment, installation status, and use environment. Usually, it’s about 8~16months. Please change all batteries with new 1..5V AA Alkaline batteries.


※ The use of some low-cost(Manganese, Alkaline) batteries, mixing other brands, mixing existing low batteries, bulk packing batteries can be cause of early discharge or device break down by battery leakage so please be careful when using them.

1. Battery may be discharged. Please change all batteries (1.5V aa Alkaline batteries)


2. Make sure that the batteries are inserted correctly to match the polarity.

If it is not operated by a vertical or horizontal line, such as 1.4.7 or 1.2.3, the internal cable line may be disconnected or internal cable is bent due to incorrect insertion of cable.
